Chronic Neck Pain Relief
Chronic neck pain can be caused by any number of activities, so to find a solution, an accurate diagnosis is needed. Our doctors are experts in finding the specific cause of a patient’s neck pain and recommending the best solution.
Sometimes neck pain is accompanied by numbness down the arm. You may have a pinched nerve in your neck. Sometimes neck pain is severe, and sometimes it is just stiffness. Neck pain may be sharp or dull, and it may give you a headache.
Causes of neck pain include: bad posture, spinal degeneration, a herniated disc, or whiplash. It is incredibly important to know the source of the pain before choosing the right treatment.
Our doctors provide the absolute best chiropractic care for neck pain relief. Common questions include:
Will this pain be gone permanently?
Do I need surgery?
Are there any other health problems related to my neck pain?
How long is recovery time?
What is the cost to fix my neck pain?
Is treatment covered by my insurance?
How do I make sure the pain doesn’t come back?
Our Neck Pain Solutions
Usually after a conversation we can pinpoint the general cause of your neck pain, but based on the severity of your symptoms we may want to run some tests. Tests may include a nerve scan (if we think a pinched nerve is the problem), an X-Ray, and some other tests, like an MRI.
Neck Pain Relief
Based on your history and test results, we can accurately predict what treatments will be needed to help you feel better and relieve the pain. More often than not, surgery isn’t required. In fact, most of our patients don’t even need pain medication or drugs. Just another reason why chiropractic care is one of the safest ways to deal with neck pain.
I started coming here a few months ago and am very pleased with the improvement in my neck and back pain. As a nurse of 7 years, aches and pains are commonplace and accepted. It's wonderful to have an alternative rather than taking Motrin or Tylenol and eventually become affected by side effects. Everything is explained from diagnostics (x-rays), causes of pain, to treatment (which feel great!) & prevention. Questions are always welcome. Staff and Dr. Shane are friendly & welcoming 🙂
